About your session & when to book

The best time to contact me is during your pregnancy so that you don't miss out.  We will make a tentative booking based on your due date and then I will wait to hear from your when you arrive home from the hospital with your new baby.  We can arrange a suitable time and date for your session then.

The ideal time to photograph babies is around 6-10 days of age.

I like to allow for plenty of time for feeding and cuddling during the session so it will take between 2-4 hours. I have several props for you to choose from and I like to involve you in the styling of the session.

Your session fee covers my custom-styled photography. The session fee does not include any prints or digital negatives.

 

Proofs & Ordering

Approximately 3-4 weeks following your session your gallery will be prepared and ready for you to come to the studio for your viewing and ordering session. At that time you'll be expected to place your order and make a payment. After your ordering appointment you have an option of having your proofing gallery online for a fee of $30 (plus tax). These proofs will remain online for 1 month. The gallery makes it possible to share with other family members who may want to place an order and are unable to attend the ordering session. Any images not ordered will not be archived. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be ready. Books and albums may take longer.
